ABOUT ME
I'm a personal trainer and running coach serving clients across central and north London, and on-line. A qualified trainer for 10 years, my background is in distance running, having competing in events up to 100 miles.
Personal training sessions with me can cover a number of protocols including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility, and functional fitness/movement. I also provide running coaching, including technique development and race/event preparation.
In terms of training philosophy, I strongly believe in developing skill in movement regardless of the exercise discipline you choose. From my clients, I ask that they bring a good attitude, willingness to learn and accountability.
