ABOUT ME

I'm an experienced personal trainer and running coach serving a diverse client demographic in North London. I have been a certified trainer for over 10 years and specialise in strength and conditioning, running coaching, and rehabilitation and corrective exercise.  

 

I aim to work with my clients in a consistent and nurturing way, and with a strong emphasis on the technical aspects of movement and physiology. I also help my clients with broader health factors such as nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

Contacted Alex 9 weeks before my 100k race to crack on with training, he provided me with a great training plan that allowed me finish the race nicely and in good shape, making it to the top 5%! Will definitely ask him in the future to help prepare for other races
